No you don't! At Packer Storage of Superior, all storage units come equipped with either disc or cylinder-style locks.

Yes! Packer Storage of Superior is not responsible for the stored items in your unit. You are required to either obtain tenant protection coverage through us or provide proof of your own renter's insurance policy.

No, you don't. All of our leases are month-to-month. We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for move-out so we can re-rent the unit.

1) Notify us at least two weeks prior to your move-out date via email or phone. 2) Remove all items and sweep out your storage unit. 3) Send us a photo showing the unit # and proof that the unit is clean on your provided move out date. 4) Note that you will receive your security deposit back if the storage unit is properly cleaned out (no items are left in the unit or at the facility, and it is swept out). If the unit is not properly cleaned out, your security deposit will be withheld, and additional clean-out fees will apply.

Yes! Our units are not climate-controlled, so it is critical that you store your items in a way that protects them from moisture damage. The best way to do this is to store items up off the floor in covered, moisture-proof containers. We recommend using wooden pallets to keep items off the floor and plastic storage totes for moisture-proof containers.
